Who we are
Volpe Veterinary Services PLLC, doing business as Agave Grove Animal Hospital (“we”), operates this website. Contact details will be published on the contact page when the hospital opens.
What we collect and why
- Mailing list. If you sign up, we store your email address, the first name you optionally provide, the page you signed up from, and the date. We use it to tell you when the hospital opens and when appointment booking is available, and to send occasional news and updates from Agave Grove Animal Hospital. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails or by replying to one. We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Email service providers. We send email through service providers that process your address only to deliver our messages on our behalf. We may use an email marketing service to send our newsletter; it stores your mailing-list information for that purpose and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing.
- Spam protection. Sign-ups are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your browser and network information to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
- Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device type, and interactions such as clicking a phone link. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising features or sell data.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Kinsta, with Cloudflare) records standard technical logs, including IP address and requested pages, for security and performance, retained briefly.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use tracking for advertising. We do not collect payment details, medical records, or any information about your pet through this website at this time.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets first-party cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information you have given us, or to remove you from the mailing list, by contacting us through the details on the contact page once published, or by replying to any email we send.
Changes
We will update this page when the hospital opens and whenever our practices change, and note the date at the top.
